When playing through Lost to the Ages in Skyrim,…Hey, so I can not get the quest "Lost to the Ages" to start. I've read the Aetherium Wars book, I've gone into the ruin and talked to Katria, the journal doesn't spawn for me. I did some looking and apparently this quest is a buggy mess, however, I'm trying to 100% the Special Edition so I need to do the quest.

For quite a time this shard was kept in my inventory till yesterday i've decided to try and do its quest, Lost to the Ages.
